⚠️ If you have used Employment Hero (previously Keypay) or SWAG before with the same email address provided to your current employer, you may not receive the email. If this is case, you can reset your password to get access. Follow the guide here to reset your password.


1. Open your personal emails - your Employer has activated your account and your set up begins here.


You will receive two emails to the personal email address you provided to your Employer





2. The first email notes that an account has been created for you in the payroll system. No action is required here.





3. The second email is a link to create your password. Click on the link.





4. The page will open to set your password. Ensure you have a strong password. Select Reset Password.





5. You should get confirmation that your password has been reset. Click Done in the top left corner.






4. Open the SWAG App and enter your log in details. Tap Log In.



5. Enter the authentication number that is sent to your mobile device, and tap Verify.



6. Create and enter a passcode.

You'll need to enter it twice to confirm it.



7. If you prefer, tap on Turn on Face ID (iOS devices) or Fingerprint Login (Android devices) or tap on No thanks.



8. You now have access to your employee details.
