1. Open the SWAG App on your smart phone





2. Select 'Reset password'





3. Select 'Workzone'





4. A webpage will open up within the SWAG app. Enter your email address and select 'Recover Password'

5. An email has now been sent to your email address with further instructions.

6. Navigate to your emails and find the email with instructions to reset your password


The email will come from 'dontreply@yourpayroll.com.au', with the heading 'Login details for WorkZone payroll'




7. Select the link in the email to reset your password


Ensure you do this within 24 hours of receiving the email, as it will expire after this point and you will have to complete the previous steps again.




8. Enter your new password and select 'Reset Password'


Ensure it is a password you will remember!

Note - the system requires the password to be a certain strength and won't let you set a password that is deemed too 'weak'.




9. Your password has now been re-set. Navigate back to the SWAG app to complete the login process - follow the guide here
